For pet ownership, a key money of 25,000 yen (regardless of type), 3,000 yen additional communal fee for dogs (other pets), and 10,000 yen additional communal fee for cats. *No reduction if you no longer keep one pet (either a dog or cat, under 50 cm and 10 kg in size) at maturity. The cleaning cost when moving out is to be borne by the occupant. Bicycle parking: paid, requires availability check.
