Foreign nationals are allowed. Pets require prior application. If you have a pet, an additional one-month security deposit is required (non-refundable). Notice for termination must be made two months in advance. Overseas screening is accepted, but the contract procedure must be done in person by the contract signer, and only written contracts are permitted. Contract signing priority (not by order of application). There is a penalty for termination within one year (total rent + common service fee). Language students or those who have been in Japan for less than a year must pay an additional one-month security deposit (non-refundable), limited to those over 20 years old.
