Between application and moving in, many troublesome procedures such as electricity, gas, and internet connection, and arranging moving companies are required. To reduce the burden of moving preparation, we will also support these procedures, so please rest assured. Note: If you cancel within a year, there is a penalty fee equivalent to one month’s rent. Pets allowed (one small dog or cat). Additional one month’s security deposit required for pet ownership.
