Cancellation notice 2 months in advance. Security deposit depreciation at the time of contract (restoration costs are not included). Cleaning cost upon moving out is 60,500 yen, and air conditioning cleaning fee is 16,500 yen. Short-term cancellation penalty: 2 months' rent for less than 1 year, 1 month's rent for more than 1 year and less than 2 years. Renewal administrative fee is 0.55 months. Pet ownership: 1 month increase in security deposit (depreciation), any excess of the security deposit will be billed separately, rent increases by 5,000 yen. In the event of discrepancies between information and current conditions, current conditions will take precedence.
